Breakfast Club
Breakfast & After School Club- Sign Up Changes from September 2025
Pilgrim runs a daily Breakfast & After School Club for children during term time.
Arbor Parent App – Use this app to sign your child up for Breakfast or After School Club
From September 2025, parents can only book in advance directly using the Arbor App Parent Portal (a letter has come out from school separately).
Breakfast Club Information
Breakfast club hours are 8.00 am to 8.50 am (Breakfast is served between 8.00am & 8.20 am).
**Please note that there are limited spaces each day and we operate on a first come first served basis.
If you do not book, your child via the Arbor Parent App they will not be able to attend.
Parents must bring their children to sign in via the school main office each morning.
Breakfast Club charges: £3.00 per child per day, from 8.00am until 8.50am which includes a breakfast.
Pilgrim "Pirates" After School Club
Pirates After School Club runs from Monday to Friday (term time only), between 3.15 p.m. and 5.45 p.m.
There are two available times and options for parents to access:
Daily Times and Cost (including snacks) are:
- 3.15 pm - 4.15 pm Cost £5.00 per evening
- 3.15 pm – 6.00 pm Cost £8.00 per evening
Children will be served with a nutritious light tea by 4pm each day.
They will then have the opportunity to select from a number of 'free flow' activities in the hall e.g. Crafts, Lego, Computer use and sometimes a movie.
At 4.30 p.m. there will be an opportunity for the children to do an "active" session with our qualified Premier Sports Coach.
This will take place outdoors (weather permitting) or in our small hall.
For children you don't want to take part in this structured activity, they will be able to continue with "quieter" activities in the main hall.
Children can choose what they want to do on the day.
Please note that there will only be limited spaces available for Pirates club each day and we operate on a first come first served basis.
You must book and pay in advance, through the school office. Late charges will apply after 6pm.
If you do not book, your child will not be able to attend. You are able to collect your child during a session time, however the cost will remain the same.
